Ingredient AI is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to analyze product labels and provide health-related information about ingredients. The App provides ingredient analysis, health scores, and product alternative suggestions.

2. Not Medical Advice

The information provided by Ingredient AI is for informational purposes only and is not intended as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making dietary or health decisions. Do not disregard professional medical advice based on information from this App.

3. Accuracy of Information

While we strive for accuracy, Ingredient AI relies on artificial intelligence and internet-sourced data to analyze products. Results may not always be 100% accurate or complete. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any analysis. You should always verify ingredient information by reading the actual product label.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Ingredient AI offers subscription plans that unlock full access to the App's features.
• Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.
• Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial period ends.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks
• Use automated systems or bots to access the App
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the App's content without permission

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are the property of Ingredient AI and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ingredient AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. This includes but is not limited to damages for health decisions made based on the App's analysis, loss of data, or interruption of service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ingredient AI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
